This policy explains how VideTool handles information when you visit the website or use the account center.
Website and account data
The account center may process your email address, nickname, sign-in records, security events, and web-session cookie to provide authentication and account security. The website does not upload your media files.
Online media analysis
When signed-in users use online analysis, the service processes the submitted public URL. When core recording is enabled, it may retain the account ID, plain IP address, browser user agent, URL hash, source domain, result summary, duration, and error status for security auditing and troubleshooting. Video and audio file URLs are not retained.
Desktop diagnostics
If you choose to submit diagnostics from the desktop client, the service may receive redacted logs and diagnostic context. Sensitive credentials, tokens, and passwords are excluded.
